Man assaults boy in Arlington restaurant bathroom stall

ARLINGTON, Va. (WUSA9) -- A man who pulled a boy into a restaurant bathroom stall and touched the victim inappropriately in Arlington on June 2 has been arrested, Arlington County police said.

Police arrested Cesar Muz-Moya, 53, in connection with the assault that happened in the 900 block of N. Stafford Street around 7:48 p.m. Moya fled the scene after the incident, however was found later by police.

Moya was arrested and is being charged with aggravated sexual battery and abduction. He is being held without bond, authorities said.

Moya was previously arrested and charged in connection with an Arlington peeping incident that happened on February 8. He was caught looking at a woman through a bedroom window apartment on the ground floor in the 4000 block of N. 5th Street, Arlington County police said. He was arrested and charged with peeping and drunk in public.
