  Wasabi Deviled Eggs
12 large eggs
2 qts.water
1T. kosher salt
½ cup wasabi mayonnaise
1 t. Dijon mustard
2t. lemon juice
dash of black pepper, freshly ground
½ oz. jar caviar (optional)

Place eggs in 2 quarts of cold water with 1T. salt. Turn on heat and cook for about 12 minutes. Remove from water, drain and cool. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolk. Blend the yolks with wasabi mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pipe the filling into the egg white. Garnish with caviar (optional).

 

 Wasabi Mayonnaise

1-2 t. wasabi paste
½ cup mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together.
